24-hour service.

If your company is a registered customer with Saltour, you have access to our out-of-office-hours service, based in Oslo. There you can get help with re-bookings, etc. Saltour’s office is open Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.00 except for public holidays. The day before a public holiday we close at 15.00. After 16.00 on weekdays you can get help from our out-of-hours service. At weekends, this service is open 24/7.

Please note that the out-of-hours service charges a fee for every booking as well as one for issuing tickets. These fees are never included in the initial calculation of the price for your trip. The out-of-hours service works for various customers within the Egencia group and does not know anything about your company’s agreement with Saltour.
